These Terms of Use govern your use of palmstonememorycare.com, which is operated by Palmstone Memory Care LLC (“Palmstone,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Palmstone is not yet open

Palmstone is under construction in Cherry Valley, Illinois, and we expect to open in fall 2027. Before opening, Palmstone will be licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health. The services, staffing, pricing, features, and dates described on this site reflect our current plans and may change.

Nothing here is an offer of residency

  • Content on this site is general information. It is not an offer, promise, or contract for residency or care.
  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission, a particular suite, or a move-in date.
  • Admission depends on Palmstone’s state licensure and on a pre-admission assessment by a physician, physician assistant, or advanced practice registered nurse. It also requires a signed residency agreement.
  • The residency agreement and our Alzheimer’s Special Care Disclosure set out the services, fees, and terms that apply. Where they differ from this site, they control.

Photos and renderings

Photos, videos, and renderings are conceptual. Some show plans for future development or a comparable home in another state. The finished home may look different.

Content on this site, including blog posts, is general information. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not create a care relationship. Talk with your loved one’s physician and other qualified professionals about their needs. In an emergency, call 911.

Using the site

You may view, download, and print content for personal, noncommercial use. You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, or disrupt them
  • submit false information, or information you’re not authorized to share
  • copy, scrape, or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission

The site’s text, photos, videos, logos, and design are owned by Palmstone or used with permission. They are protected by copyright and trademark law. “Palmstone” and the Palmstone logo are our trademarks.

What you send us

When you submit a form or message, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you’re authorized to share it. We handle personal information as described in our [Privacy Policy]. Please don’t send medical records through the site.

We will never publish anything that identifies you or your loved one without your written permission.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other sites, including Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, and the Illinois Department on Aging. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Illinois law. Any dispute about the website will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Winnebago County, Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them here with a new effective date.
